‘Conclave’ & ‘The Brutalist’ Among Titles Added To Camerimage Lineup
deadline.comEdward Berger’s latest Conclave and Brady Corbet’s much-talked-about epic The Brutalist are among the titles that have been added to this year’s Camerimage Film Festival lineup.
Joining those titles is Vermiglio by Maura Delpero. Vermiglio debuted at this year’s Venice Film Festival. The Brutalist also had its debut bow at the Italian festival while Conclave premiered at Telluride.
Conclave follows Cardinal Lawrence who is tasked with running the covert process after the unexpected death of the beloved Pope.
Once the Catholic Church’s most powerful leaders have gathered from around the world and are locked together in the Vatican halls, Lawrence finds himself at the center of a conspiracy and discovers a secret that could shake the very foundation of The Church.
