British tourist dies after plunging 'headfirst' off Zante hotel balcony

The 23-year-old man was attempting to climb down from the balcony at a hotel in Zante when he fell four feet to his death.Zakynthos Police Department have launched a probe into the incident, which saw the young man stepping onto the handrail before losing his balance.
Although it was a short drop, the man landed on his head and was critically injured. Local reports suggested he twice attempted to stand but fell over, reports the Mirror.He was rushed to hospital where he later died, according to local publication Parapoliitika.Hours earlier, another British man on holiday in the Greek party hotspot fell from a balcony.
