Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers says his players have gained valuable European experience after coming from behind to win 2-1 against PSV in a Europa Conference League quarter-final.
The Foxes were looking at a last eight exit after Eran Zahavi's first half goal had PSV ahead 1-0 on aggregate after a stalemate last week.The former Celtic boss admitted he knew little about the tournament before entry but he's loving life now.
But Rodgers rang the half-time changes with Patson Daka and Ademola Lookman coming on in attack. James Maddison got Leicester on level terms and Ricardo Pereira's goal in the 88th minute sealed progression, where they will face Bodo/Glimt or Jose Mourinho's Roma in the semi-finals.
Rodgers has guided the King Power Stadium club into their first European semi-final and says his players have taken plenty from it.He said: "I am very proud.
