Police have revealed that some bones found on a beach in Lancashire are believed to be human. The bones were uncovered in the water on Cove Road Beach in Silverdale on Easter Sunday (March 31), Lancs Live reports.
Police were called to the scene following the discovery. Lancashire Constabulary said that their initial enquiries have confirmed that some of the remains are human.

In a statement, a force spokesperson said: "At 4.10pm on March 31 we were called to Cove Road Beach, Silverdale, to reports bones had been found in the water.
