Joe Otterson TV Reporter The new “Beavis and Butt-Head” series has been renewed for Season 3, but at a new network. While the first two seasons of the revived series are available on Paramount+, the second season will debut on Comedy Central on July 10.
The third season will also air first on Comedy Central. Production is already underway on the third season, which is slated for a 2025 debut.
In addition, the revival film “Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe” will air on Comedy Central on July 3 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Interestingly, when the new series was first announced in 2020, it was reported that it would air on Comedy Central with a two-season order. “Do the Universe” instead debuted on Paramount+ in 2022, with the new seasons dropping in 2022 and 2023.
Mike Judge created the series and voices many of the characters. He is also an executive producer along with Lew Morton and Michael Rotenberg, as well as Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Ben Kalina and Antonio Canobbio for Titmouse.
