Fans of Strictly Come Dancing said they 'felt sick' as the results show began on Sunday night (Nov 19). The BBC One dance programme was hit with complaints just seconds in as viewers tuned in to learn the fate of remaining couples.

Saturday night's live show saw seven celebrities and their professional dance partners take to the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom in the hopes of impressing judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Head Judge, Shirley Ballas and the voting public.

At the top of the leaderboard in joint first place was Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola, who scored 39 out of 40 for their Charleston to Love Machine by Girls Aloud, and Layton Williams and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin who earned the same score for their pole-based routine to Ain’t No Other Man by Christina Aguilera. But before the results were shared, the show opened with an all singing, all dancing number from the professional dancers who delivered a routine to a Harry Styles medley - featuring the band singing Harry's hits such as Music For A Sushi Restaurant, Late Night Talking and As It Was.
