After three successful series and a popular celebrity edition, the show was renewed for a fourth series last year, and now bosses have confirmed a fifth instalment.
Applications for the hit travel show are now also open. The show sees teams of two go head-to-head on a strict budget and limited resources as they attempt to reach a destination on the other side of the world before any of the other competing teams.
