Greggs sausage rolls are truly a classic staple in British culture - it's hard to imagine trying one again for the first time. But one American student on social media has shared his experience of doing just that - and has gained over 30,000 followers on TikTok in the process.David Turek, 26, is originally from Chesapeake in Virginia, and uses his TikTok account @davidturek23 to review classic British food staples that aren't as popular in the US.After seeing UK TikTokers trying out American foods for the first time, he decided to do the same with British food.In his videos, which often get hundreds of thousands of views, he's tried some of the most popular foods this side of the pond - from fish and chip to crumpets, the Express reports. But the sausage roll from Greggs got lots of attention with David taking a bite and saying: "Holy s***!, 9.8 out of 10, that's f***ing lovely".He also loved trying fish and chips, which he described as "absolutely sensational".
