AMC Networks said it paid three former CEOs –Christina Spade, Matt Blank and Josh Sapan — packages worth more than a combined $40 million for 2022.

Spade, the most recent, was hastened out in November after just three months in the job. She had served as COO and CFO for a year previously.

AMC’s executive chairman James Dolan took the helm when she left, simultaneously launching a major cost cutting push — including layoffs of 20% of the workforce as per trends in the broader media industry — restructuring and programming pullbacks.

Kristin Dolan, his wife, and the founder of a data analytics firm and a former Cablevision executive, was named CEO in February.

Thania Garcia Fetty Wap was sentenced to six years in federal prison on Wednesday in connection to a drug conspiracy charge that claims he was trafficking narcotics across the country. The “Trap Queen” rapper was also ordered to five years of supervision after his prison sentence ends. The six-year sentence is one year longer than the minimum, according to The New York Times. Prosecutors had argued for the New Jersey-born rapper to serve a longer term in a letter addressed to the judge last week, urging that Fetty Wap (real name Willie Junior Maxwell II) had used his fame to “glamorize the drug trade” while making a wealthy living from his music.
