The presenter took to Instagram with one of her usual videos filming in and round the This Morning studio. It comes days after Alison, 48, shared her last post with fans as she reunited with Dermot O'Leary for the first edition of the ITV daytime show this week on Tuesday (July 25).
This Morning aired in a later and shorter slot today due to the schedule being changed for the football. The flagship show normally airs every Monday to Friday from 10am until 12:30pm but so far this week, viewers have instead seen the FIFA Women's World Cup airing in its place.
On Monday, This Morning was taken taken off-air completely, as was Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and Loose Women.
