Alex Jones opened up about the challenges and charm of live television, admitting she's prone to the occasional blunder during broadcasts.The seasoned BBC host and face of The One Show for over a decade dished to Bella magazine about her adventures on air, from "nightmares" to lovely interviewees.
Delving into the thrills of her 14-year tenure, Alex gushed: "I love the job; I get to interview brilliant people - some nightmares (but) mostly lovely people!
And I just really enjoy it. I still feel really happy to go in every day.That's not to be overlooked." Keeping viewers on the edge of their seats, she stressed the vitality of staying sharp: "It keeps you alive.The danger of doing a job for that long is that you become complacent, but the live element keeps it fresh.
Every night is different." She added, with a relatable chuckle about the controlled chaos behind the scenes: "The combo sometimes makes me laugh, and there's a lot to fit in, like here's Dolly Parton, four minutes, go.
