During the episode, Jeff Brazier hosted the most recent One Big Thank You segment, visiting Steve, who has made a significant difference in people's lives by converting his hair salon into a sanctuary for those undergoing cancer treatment.
The salon owner was moved to tears when Celebrity Race Across The World star Jeff surprised him with the news that he'd been nominated for the special recognition.
Jeff pretended to host a podcast, during which Steve revealed that he had lost his beloved mother to cancer just 12 weeks after her diagnosis, prompting him to open the sanctuary, reports Wales Online.
