Airdrieonians striker Calum Gallagher and Albion Rovers midfielder Charlie Reilly have both been nominated for the PFA player of the year in their respective divisions.Determined by their peers, Gallagher has made the four-man shortlist for League One's outstanding performer alongside Kyle Benedictus and Matt Todd, both of champions Dunfermline, and Queen of the South's Ruari Paton. The Diamonds hitman has scored 22 goals in 40 appearances in all competitions and last week picked up a hat-trick of prizes at Airdrie's player of the year awards, taking home fans' player of the year, players' player of the year and goal of the season.

He also netted his first career hat-trick this term to help Airdrie reach the Championship play-offs.In the League Two award shortlist, Reilly is up for the award alongside Forfar Athletic's Craig Slater, Annan Athletic's Tommy Goss and Dale Carrick of title winners Stirling Albion.Despite Rovers sitting bottom of their league, playmaker Reilly has been in sensational form, scoring 23 goals in 40 games across all competitions and laying on several assists for his team-mates.Without him, Rovers' fate would already be secured but he will be hoping to sign off on Saturday by helping the club to victory over Stirling Albion and, potentially, off the bottom to avoid a relegation play-off.Follow Lanarkshire Live Sport onTwitter via@LanLiveSport, like us onFacebookor find us onInstagramfor the latest sports news, pictures and video.
