It's often easy to forget that Royal Family member and widely-adored equestrian star Zara Tindall once bagged a Silver Medal at the London 2012 Olympics for her talents.
But this morning saw the 42 year old mother-of-three - who is niece of King Charles III - remind us once again of her passion for horses after she was photographed unable to stop herself from smiling at the Festival of British Evening in Gatcombe Park.
Zara - who is 21st in the line of succession to the British throne - was supported by her mother Princess Anne and step-father Vice Admiral Sir Timothy James Hamilton Laurence, as she competed in the annual games. The royal favourite was pictured taking part in one of the event's jumping competitions in the early hours of the morning on the Princess Royal's estate in Gloucester.
The course Zara competed was designed by her mother, Princess Anne, who herself enjoyed a groundbreaking equestrian career and served as President of the International Equestrian Federation from 1987-93.
