Why has Jessie Elland quit Emmerdale as Chloe Harris?
ok.co.ukEmmerdale star Jessie Elland has officially left the ITV soap, as her character Chloe Harris said her devastating goodbyes to the village during tonight's episode.
The heartbreaking scenes also saw baby Reuben leaving the village too, as dad Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and wife Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) were forced to make a difficult decision to let the pair go.
It comes as a result of Charity accidentally shooting and killing Chloe's nasty and controlling dad Damon "Harry" Harris (Robert Beck), following tense scenes in the abandoned warehouse where Mack had been held hostage.
In a bid to leave the village with her son unscathed, Chloe promised not to tell the police what Charity did if the couple would allow her and Reuben to leave the village for good.
