First opened in 1998, it’s hard to remember a time now when the Trafford Centre didn’t exist. The huge indoor shopping centre will be celebrating its 25th birthday later this year with a free family-friendly party celebrating fashion, pop culture and music in the last quarter of a century.

And who better to headline the event than double-denim icons and 90s pop sensations B*Witched, who are also celebrating their 25th anniversary this year.

The band’s debut single C’est La Vie went straight to the top of the charts in May 1998 and was followed by three further number one singles. No tickets are required to attend but people are being advised to arrive early in order to secure a guaranteed spot in the audience.
