This Morning's Cat Deeley's 'frightening' health struggle: 'I didn't know what was happening'

Cat, 47, and her co-host Ben Shephard, 49, were joined by by a specialist on the ITV show as they discussed a new migraine 'wonder drug' on Monday, 15 April.The symptoms of a migraine were described for viewers at home and a blurred image was shown to portray the symptoms.
The topic of the segment prompted Cat to open up about her own experiences with migraines. She revealed she suffers from "tunnel vision" when having one. "Mine goes from the outside in, actually more kind of like tunnel vision," Cat told her co-stars on the show.
She went on recall an incident on So You Think You Can Dance - the TV show she has hosted in the US since 2006. "I got my first migraine on live TV, it was actually really frightening as I didn't know what was happening to me and I'd never had one before.
