Teletubbies will be making a comeback this November courtesy of a reboot on Netflix. A quarter of a century on from Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po first exclaiming “Eh-oh!” to care-free children on the BBC, the quartet will be making a comeback to rival any band.
The children’s TV staple of the late ‘90s and early ‘00s will return in its new but familiar form when it premieres on Netflix on November 14.
The new series, which will consist of 26 episodes, will be narrated by US actor and singer Tituss Burgess and feature new original songs.Such was the original’s popularity, it even led to the 1997 number one hit single Teletubbies say Eh-Oh!.
This is actually the second reboot since the first run came to an end in 2001, with it being relaunched in 2014 on CBeebies.
