Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 16 years in prison in his Los Angeles rape trial on Thursday.  In December, Weinstein was found guilty of rape, forced oral copulation and another sexual misconduct count involving a woman known as Jane Doe 1. The jury hung on several counts, notably charges involving Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, according to the Associated Press.  The jury reported it was unable to reach verdicts in her allegations and the allegations of another woman.

Disgraced singer and producer R. Kelly was sentenced to an additional 20 years in prison on charges of child pornography and enticement of minors for sex on Thursday. The 56-year-old will serve all but one of those years simultaneously with a 30-year sentence on racketeering and sex trafficking convictions.

Last year, Fox’s in-person Upfront event at the Skylight venue in New York surprised ad buyers with a largely pre-recorded video led by then-boss Charlie Collier.

After scaling back its upfront presentation in 2022, Fox Corporation will return the event to its usual wide-consumption format, moving the event to New York’s Manhattan Center on Monday, May 15. "Dukes of Hazzard" star John Schneider has announced that his wife, Alicia Allain, has passed away. Schneider shared the tragic news to his social media late Tuesday, writing, "My beautiful Smile is pain free, living in her new body alongside Jesus." He also asked the public for privacy, writing, "Please respect our privacy during this time of grief. Please do not ask any questions.

Alec Baldwin could "roll the dice" and push his case to trial now that he's not facing a mandatory five years behind bars, according to legal experts.  The prosecution dropped the firearms enhancement that had been added to one of Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter charges.The "30 Rock" actor was charged in the alternative with two counts of involuntary manslaughter on Jan. 31 in connection to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

The disgraced 46-year-old actor has allegedly been trafficking Indigenous women and girls for decades, as he faces charges in Nevada, Canada and now in Montana, on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, with the newest case.

Meghan Markle is said to be "overwhelmed" following all the negative scrutiny she and Prince Harry have received from their tell-alls, leaving many to wonder if they’ll attend the coronation. Harry’s father, King Charles III, will be crowned alongside Camilla, the queen consort, on May 6 at London’s Westminster Abbey. It’s uncertain whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend.

Alec Baldwin, 64, is still set to play the lead character in the Joel Souza-directed Western drama, despite facing involuntary manslaughter charges for the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham's wedding lawsuit keeps getting messier, and now it seems Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are getting dragged into it.  It seems the royal couple were potentially on the guest list.  In a new court filing from wedding planners Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba, Harry and Meghan's names pop up in text messages exchanged between Nicola, her mom Claudia, and the planners. "Did Megan get an invite?" Claudia asks, according to the documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Alec Baldwin’s daughter Ireland stripped down in her latest pregnancy photo.  The 27-year-old posted a nude mirror selfie on Instagram Tuesday, showcasing her baby bump. "bb on board," Ireland captioned her post.  In the racy snap, she’s seen showing off her body tattoos and wearing nothing but a towel on her head. Ireland stood in front of a shower and covered up her chest with her hand, as her phone blocked her face in the naked shot.

Gene Maddaus Senior Media Writer Investigators spent more than a year sorting out blame for the death of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer killed on the set of “Rust.” In the end, two agencies came to two sharply different conclusions about Alec Baldwin’s level of responsibility as a producer of the film. Prosecutors charged Baldwin for firing the gun that killed Hutchins, but also for management failures that created a hazardous set. “We believe Baldwin, as a producer, knows everything that goes on, on the set,” prosecutor Andrea Reeb said on Fox News’ “The Five” last month. “There were a lot of safety concerns that were brought to the attention of management, and he did nothing about it.” 

Kevin Costner's attorney shut down rumors the actor is having scheduling conflicts for the filming of "Yellowstone." Costner, 68, stars as John Dutton in the Paramount Network western TV series. Recently, reports surfaced that the actor was not willing to work as much to film season five and season six. "The idea that Kevin was only willing to work one week on the second half of season 5 of ‘Yellowstone’ is an absolute lie," Costner's attorney Marty Singer told Puck.News.
