Sunday Brunch star Simon Rimmer has shared the heartbreaking final images of his long-standing West Didsbury restaurant all closed up - as he said his final goodbyes.
Acclaimed chef Simon announced earlier this month that Greens in Didsbury would close after a huge rent hike and rising costs made it impossible to continue.
He and business partner Simon Connolly first opened the acclaimed vegetarian restaurant on Lapwing Lane 33 years ago. They went on to open a second Greens restaurant, in Sale, which remains open and where the team will now "carry on the journey".
Simon took to social media on Sunday night as he closed up the Greens West Didsbury premises for the final time. He shared photos of the now empty restaurant and a final selfie from outside the iconic restaurant. Try MEN Premium now for FREE...
