The TV presenter, 53, married Cat, 47, in 2012 and the couple are parents to two children, Milo, seven, and James, five. Patrick and Cat first connected on BBC talent show Fame Academy, which they co-hosted together in 2002.
Patrick has now shared a rare insight into their relationship, including an incredible romantic gesture in the early days of their romance.The dad-of-two hosts the Late Late Show in Ireland and has been counting down to Valentine's Day with a series of special shows.
In one of the episodes, Patrick revealed he jetted across the world just to have lunch with Cat as he is an "absolute romantic".
