Strictly Come Dancing star splits from partner as they share 'it didn't work out'
ok.co.ukStrictly Come Dancing star Gleb Savchenko has announced that he split from his girlfriend of three years, Elena Belle.The professional dancer appeared on Strictly for one year in 2015 before joining the US spin-off Dancing with the Stars.
Speaking about his break-up with Elena Belle, he told Page Six : "It kind of just happened. People always say life happens and sometimes I think, “How did it even happen?" He added that the couple broke off their relationship back in February. "Elena and I broke up about a month ago," he said, revealing that he "had an amazing time together" and that he "still very much loves" her. "She’s an amazing mum, she’s an amazing person and everything.
It’s just the timing,” he said of Elena, who is has daughter Luna with late husband Michael Theanne. "We had been together for almost three years and I had, like, the best time of my life with her.There’s certain things that just didn’t work out." Gleb went onto wish Elena all the best in the future. "I'm sure she'll be fine.
She's a super hot girl and everything," adding that she's the “total package” and a “dream” girl. "She’s awesome. I’m gonna miss her a lot." Gleb and Elena have been romantically linked since August 2021, nine months after Gleb's ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, filed for divorce.
