Stephen's web of lies catch up with him in Coronation Street spoilers

But in a surprising turn of events, Stephen tells Carla, Sarah, and Michael he would consider buying the company outright. However, Tim is less than impressed, pointing out to Sarah that Stephen is a liar who claimed he was coercively controlled by Gabrielle.
And it looks like Stephen’s lies are beginning to catch up with him when Audrey receives a statement from an equity release company, leading her to speculate if this could be related to the visit she had from an estate agent which Stephen organised.
Looking for answers, Sarah decides to give Gabrielle a call. Elsewhere on the show, love takes centre stage as Paul faces a turning point in his relationship with Billy.
