Dino Price, 22, targeted the cop car in an attempt to move it after officers flagged him down for speeding.The druf-fuelled driver ignored cops who ordered him to stop his vehicle, while he was driving along the A472 in Hafodyrynys in Caerphilly on August 30.
The dangerous driver was doing high speeds of 80mph through residential streets when he was engaged by police, Wales Online reports.Price was being closely followed by an unmarked police car when he drove into a dead end street in the village of Cwm in Ebbw Vale.
He then deliberately reversed his Ford Transit into the car at a high speed and repeatedly rammed his vehicle into it in an attempt to gain access to a side road.
The officers in attendance at the scene "feared for their lives" but neither were hurt as they had fortunately already left the police car.
