Residents at a Lanarkshire care home are enjoying a real treat at meal times thanks to mouth-watering menus from their creative chef.Sean Mathieson, 26, will be competing with the best of his peers in the country after being shortlisted for a national catering award.Based at Renaissance Care’s Rosepark Care Home in Uddingston, which can accommodate 60 guests, he has been shortlisted in the regional finals of the National Association of Care Catering (NACC) Care Chef of the Year.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
