A frustrated Scots mum has been left fearing her four-year-old son could fall 20ft out their flat window after a safety railing was not installed.
Kim Duncan claims she has been battling with Wellhouse Housing Association to have the broken window repaired at her Glasgow home since November last year.

The hospital worker has been left in tears and fearing young son Lewis Wright, who she describes as “hyperactive”, may open the window when someone isn’t watching.
