Rod Stewart put LA home on market after admitting he 'had no pals in Hollywood'

Sir Rod Stewart has been spending a lot of time over in the States as of late, as he delights crowds with a string of performances.

He was recently forced to cancel some shows as he issued a health update after contracting strep throat, and a subsequent Covid diagnosis.

Rod, 79, admitted he was 'gutted' losing out on performing to his adoring fans, although promised to be back very soon. The Maggie May rocker holds LA as a fond place in his heart, especially following the construction of his breathtaking yellow luxury mansion which was reportedly on the market for $74m, after it was slashed down by £6m earlier this year.

Sitting proudly on a three-acre estate, the lavish mansion, which was designed by celeb-favourite architect Richard Landry, boasts nine bedrooms and a huge outdoor space with a state of the art pool, alongside a smaller one.
