Robin Windsor appeared in a poignant mental health video filmed shortly before his death. In the video, he opened up about seeking help for his own mental health issues.The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 44, was found dead in a London hotel room on Monday after his friends had been searching for him for three days.

His death was announced early Tuesday morning after which tributes quickly began pouring in for the much-loved dancer. Following Robin's passing, mental health charity SANE, where Robin served as an ambassador, shared a video of him discussing his struggles with mental health.

Captioning the clip, they paid tribute to Robin, writing: "We were very distressed to learn of the death of Robin Windsor, one of SANE's most vigorous and loyal ambassadors. "He brought the elegance, energy and sheer joy of his dancing into mental health and gave hope to those, like him, who have struggled with dark times." In the video, Robin is heard saying: "Once I spoke to someone who completely listened, they didn't really have to give me advice, they just had to listen and I could see that they wanted me to be better.

The sad news of Robin's passing was shared by dance company, Burn The Floor, on Facebook, early Tuesday morning.The heartbreaking post read: "The Burn the Floor family has lost one of its founding members, Robin 'Bobby' Windsor - who has tragically passed away."
