Attending the awards ceremony the Chandelier singer took to the stage to honour her "good friend" Dr.Talei, with the Outstanding Achievement in Medicine Award.
Expressing her gratitude to Dr Talei, Sia opened up about her own experience of plastic surgery, revealing that she has recently undergone a facelift.
Introducing her good pal and plastic surgeon, Sia said: "I'm a pop star that normally hides my face and doesn't lie about things. "I received a spectacular facelift from Dr.Talei.
