Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has submitted a detailed planning application to South Lanarkshire Council for the final phase of its Newton Farm development in Cambuslang.The plans will complete the multi-million-pound masterplan vision for the location that sits within a South Lanarkshire Council community growth area where construction of new homes in Newton Farm phase 1 started in 2007.Planning permission in principle for phase two of the masterplan was granted in 2014, and Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s latest planning application for the final development of new homes within this phase aims to provide 206 two, three, and four bedroom homes.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
