"It reminded me just how lucky I was to have had him in my life."The emotions are fresh even today, marking the first anniversary of Paul's sudden death from cardiac arrhythmia at 67 years old, bringing their 18-year love story to a close.
This vivid memory has etched so deeply into Andre's heart he couldn't bear being within the same four walls."I wanted to be as far away from it as possible in New Zealand," he confides, the planned trip due to happen in a few days time.
