She vented: "Now, Matt has promised... Look, look, this is what you do! You promise us sunshine which is what you did, what, half an hour ago?
And then this happens! What's happening?" Matt defended his forecast vigorously, saying: "I've not broken my promises, honestly.
But just to let you know, there are still some fog patches out there we've been talking about them all morning!", reports the Express.
