Paramount Lands ‘Regretting You,’ Bestseller By ‘It Ends With Us’ Author Colleen Hoover; Josh Boone Helms & Allison Williams Stars
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Paramount Pictures has landed rights to the Constantin Film package Regretting You, an adaptation of the 2019 bestseller Colleen Hoover, author of It Ends With Us, whose adaptation became a big sleeper hit.
Regretting You will be directed by Josh Boone (The Fault In Our Stars), and will star Get Out and M3GAN’s Allison Williams, Dave Franco ( The Disaster Artist), Mckenna Grace (PAW Patrol and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire), and Mason Thames (Black Phone).
Robert Kulzer is producing for Constantin Film alongside Harbinger Pictures’ Brunson Green, Frayed Pages Media’s Anna Todd, and Flavia Viotti.
The author will be executive producer. Script is by Susan McMartin (After). Deadline revealed last month that this would be a hot package unveiled by WME Independent and North.Five.Six.
