Nadine Coyle pens heart-wrenching tribute to Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding with 'last image' of star

Singer Nadine Coyle has shared a tribute to Sarah Harding, recalling the last time they were in Newcastle touring together.The Girls Aloud band member published the throwback picture to her 483,000 followers on Instagram.The photograph shows Nadine and Sarah, 11 years ago in the Utilita Arena Newcastle, after performing a Girls Aloud show.The singer shared the throwback before performing in the same arena over a decade later, this time without her bandmate and friend Sarah.

Nadine captioned the post: "This was the last time Sarah and I were in this arena together!!! This was when we finished the show and stayed laughing in our dresses!! "We are here again tonight and thinking about this time i was lucky enough to get to spend with Sarah!!! "When they say love like there is no tomorrow, it makes so much more sense now!!

Xx" When Nadine and bandmates Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley announced they were heading back on the road for The Show tour, they said that it would be a fitting tribute to Sarah.The group rose to fame on Popstars The Rivals in 2002, before scoring a record breaking number of successive UK top 10 singles.The group went on an indefinite hiatus in March 2013 following the conclusion of the Ten: The Hits Tour.

Band member Sarah Harding then died of breast cancer on 5 September 2021, at the age of 39.The singer had announced she was diagnosed with advanced-stage breast cancer in August 2020, saying the disease had spread to other parts of her body.
