EXCLUSIVE: Nacelle, the Burbank-based diversified media company known for Netflix’s The Movies That Made Us, Disney’s Behind the Attraction, and the upcoming animated series Biker Mice from Mars (co-produced with Ryan Reynolds) and RoboForce (with Dwayne Johnson), is bringing The Toys That Made Us back for at least two additional seasons, which are currently in production.

From 2017-2019, Nacelle released three seasons on Netflix, aimed at peeling back the curtain on childhood wonders and the design, manufacturing and marketing that resulted in little pieces of plastic morphing into cultural phenomena.

All previous episodes of The Toys That Made Us can currently be seen on Netflix. No deal has been announced for the new seasons as of this writing.

The new episodes of The Toys That Made Us are being directed by company founder Brian Volk-Weiss, and Nacelle will officially reveal the toys that will be covered in new episodes at its Toys That Made Us panel during San Diego Comic-Con.
