The Traitors has become one of the most gripping TV series as we eagerly watch the game unfold with round table bluffs and tricky challenges, but for some, it can be a chance to turn their lives around.
Last year's winner, Hannah Byczkowski said her "life changed" after winning the hit BBC show alongside Meryl Williams and Aaron Evans.Their triumphant win saw each of them walk away with £30,000 after Wilfred 'Wilf' Webster was busted at the very last hurdle following his sneaky tactics throughout the game as a Traitor during the first series in 2022.
Speaking exclusively to OK! about her time on the show, Hannah revealed what she spent her winnings on and how the show shaped her life to follow her dream career. "I went on the show for exposure - I wanted to chase the dream and go full-time comedy and I wasn't quite sure how to make the transition really, but I never thought I'd win", Hannah said as she explained her reasoning for applying for the show.
She continued: "I had gone through a really sh*t breakup and I wasn’t enjoying my job, it was all going wrong and I was in such a "sh*t place and so the show was a bit of a rest bite. "Take my phone away and I'll play a game - that in itself is crazy, you're not worrying about anything else other than the game".
