Lennon Miller says he is "honoured" to be nominated for the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award. The Wishaw teenager, who turned 17 in August, has enjoyed a stellar breakthrough season with the Steelmen and will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Fir Park hero James McFadden, who won the accolade back in 2003.He faces competition from Rangers winger Ross McCausland, Kilmarnock midfielder David Watson and Dundee midfielder Lyall Cameron for the gong, which has been voted for by their peers. But the former Coltness High School pupil says he is honoured just to be in contenion and told the Motherwell website: “It’s a real honour to be nominated for this prestigious award.“I’ve just tried to keep my head down and show people what I can do on the pitch.
