The man, who was wearing his hood up, appeared to have his hands behind his back as he was led down the aisle of the plane. Passengers watched on as the incident unfolded yesterday (August 29).
The LS921 flight, from Manchester to Dalaman in Turkey, was over two hours late in taking off after police were forced to step in over the 'particularly disruptive passenger'. Greater Manchester Police have been contacted for further details. Jet2 thanked police and the on-board crew for their handling of the matter, and apologised to other customers for the delay.
