Mark Wright issued stern warning by fans after jumping into his freezing swimming pool
ok.co.ukReality star Mark Wright was issued a stern warning by concerned fans after he shared a video where he jumped into the freezing cold swimming pool in his back garden.
On Thursday afternoon, Mark shared the video montage which saw him and his friend run outside, wearing only swimming trunks, and jumping in the pool.
Frost could be seen in the surrounding fields, so fans could only imagine just how cold the pool was. After diving into the pool, the cold clearly took Mark's breath away as he was seen trying to catch his breath before getting straight out of the pool.The duo then decided to give it another go and jumped in the pool for a second time.The former TOWIE star captioned the post: “8am ice bath fail… twice, holding on to what we had left.
Listen it was so cold I can’t even tell you. Next step is making it to 20 seconds!” While many fans found the video of their reactions funny, others issued him a stern warning and said it could cause health issues.
