This accident left him with four broken ribs and a permanent traumatic brain injury. He sought damages from the former actress initially asking for $3.
1 million only for the judge to dismiss this amount and have it reduced to $300,000. This led to the Iron Man actress counter-suing him a symbolic $1 as well as attorneys’ fees.
