A man has pleaded not guilty to ‘making an explosive substance’ following an incident in Reddish. David Prior, 50, appeared over video link at Minshull Street Crown Court this morning.
He is charged with making an explosive substance namely 'improvised explosive devices’ between January 1 and June 1 this year.
