An inconsiderate Lanarkshire driver who caused motorway chaos when he stopped suddenly to confront another motorist has been placed under supervision.Stephen Neill's reckless behaviour led to a three-car crash, Hamilton Sheriff Court was told.The driver he targeted needed stitches in an ankle wound, but fortunately no one else suffered serious injury.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
