Adrienne Naylor, who rose to prominence last year after appearing on Married At First Sight UK, has given fans an insight into her mental health struggles and admitted that she is feeling 'lost' at the moment in a candid post this week.Taking to Instagram, where she boasts 119K followers, the reality star shared that she has been 'really struggling' over recent weeks, four months after the Channel 4 show aired and just weeks after she was seen in the reunion episode. The Project Support Officer and influencer, who was matched with co-star Matt Pilmoor on the show but split from him after filming, shared a selfie to her Stories and wrote: "I've been really struggling recently, to the point I've never felt so lost.

My highs are no longer outweighing my lows and I feel like I'm losing control of how I cope with some internal battles." She continued: "This is not for sympathy, this is raw and real.

Social media makes us believe we are not in the right place." Explaining that she is talking about her issues openly and is on the right path to improving her mental health, Adrienne added: "Steps in the right direction to getting me back, reaching out, finally opening up with professionals and try to get a routine instead of living in this whirlwind of a life." "I hope if you're reading this and struggling, reach out, saying issues out loud instead of keeping them locked in your head is such a powerful thing," she concluded.

During the show, Adrienne appeared a good match for her partner Matt, as the pair entered the show as late arrivals and met for the first time at the altar. They even made it to the final vows portion of the experiment, and vowed to stay with one another.
