Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction
M61 traffic 'moving at just 10mph' amid severe delays following crash

And according to AA Traffic News, the crash the 'severe delays' are only increasing. The live traffic news service says motorists on the M61 Northbound are experiencing "severe delays of twelve minutes".

The wesbite says: "Severe delays of twelve minutes and delays increasing on M61 Northbound between J6 A6027 De Havilland Way (Horwich) and J8 A674 Millennium Way (Chorley). "Average speed ten mph."
