Love Island's Kady's transformation from 2016 to now including turmoil over ‘cheap’ surgery

Since arriving in the Love Island villa for the second time last week, it’s safe to say Kady McDermott has changed a lot since she first made her debut on the show all the way back in 2016.

During her first appearance on the show’s second series, Kady was a fresh faced twenty year old just starting out in the world and hoping to find love - something which she initially did with fellow contestant Scott Thomas, although the romance only lasted for a year outside the villa.

Well known for her fiery temper, Kady became somewhat of a Love Island icon for her tempestuous attitude and no-nonsense bravado, but thankfully over the years since appears to have mellowed just a little - something the current Islanders will no doubt be thankful for. “I am more mature [since season two],” she said ahead of her return to the villa. “I’m still the fiery pocket rocket, but I know what I want and what I don’t want.” However as well as maturing and growing as a person, Kady has also undergone an astonishing physical transformation in the last 7 years too, with the self-titled “pocket rocket” having undergone a variety of cosmetic procedures ahead of her return.

Breast Augmentation One procedure in particular that has drastically changed Kady’s life is her decision to undergo a breast augmentation procedure following her villa exit.
