Lorraine Kelly reveals she’s undergone shock major surgery over Christmas and fans all say the same thing
thesun.co.ukLORRAINE Kelly has revealed that she has undergone a shock surgery over the Christmas break. The ITV star, 63, told fans that she had keyhole surgery to her shoulder after it had been "annoying me for ages".
The Scots presenter made the shock revelation on her show this morning. The telly host opened up about the procedure to resident health expert Dr Hilary Jones today.
Lorraine told Dr Jones: "I had a wee operation on my shoulder, it’s been annoying me for ages." A photo of Lorraine wearing a sling appeared on the screens as she added: "Thank you to Professor Levy and his brilliant team because, oh my goodness, keyhole surgery is incredible. "I just had to remove some calcification and a little bit of bone and, yeah, I’m doing my physio and I’m all fine. "But we had a really quiet one at Christmas and New Year." She also made light of the situation and poked fun at her daughter, Rosie's, cooking.
