St Johnstone manager Steven MacLean will make a late decision as to whether three attacking forces are fit enough to be pitched in at Pittodrie.Diallang Jaiyesimi, Nicky Clark and Chris Kane have all taken part in some form of training this week and are pushing to be available for the trip to the north east.Winger Jaiyesimi has yet to feature this season after joining on loan from Charlton, while striker Clark is also still to make his first appearance of the league campaign.Kane did make a fleeting comeback after a lengthy absence but a recent quad issue stalled any further progress.“Kano is hopefully going to train on Friday,” MacLean said. “He did a lot of work on Wednesday with the fitness coach.“Nicky has trained, so has DJ.

Now it is just whether we think they are fit enough to be involved at the weekend.“We need to manage how we train Nicky. We can’t train him really hard three days in a row.

We need to watch his load.“He trained Monday and Wednesday, then was indoors on the bike on Tuesday. He came through all of that fine.”Saints could use an attacking boost and MacLean would certainly take the same clinical edge the Perth side showed at Pittodrie in October 2015.MacLean himself netted twice in a remarkable 5-1 success.

Brian Easton had opened the scoring with a sublime strike from distance.“It hit Easty’s knee, shin and his toe,” MacLean said.“I would certainly take that clinical edge.
