Lanarkshire care team shortlisted for industry award

A team of staff at a Hamilton care home has been shortlisted at the Scottish Care Home Awards 2022. The McLelland Unit's care team within Douglas View Care Home - a 100-bed nursing and dementia care home on William Street - has been shortlisted for The Specialist Service of the Year Award category.

The nomination for the award is in recognition of the team’s hard work and kind care shown to residents, relatives and colleagues as well as the dedication and passion the team shows every day to ensure the people they support receive the best quality care.
