Lanarkshire care worker lights up home in annual festive fundraiser

A Lanarkshire care worker is once again lighting up her home this Christmas for charity. With tremendous support from friends and family - who donned her East Kilbride home in colourful festive decorations - Ruth Moore is raising cash for East Kilbride Dementia Carers.

Ruth has decorated her home for more than 10 years now - a tradition started in memory of her late father, who always used to deck their home with all things festive in time for her birthday at the beginning of December.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
