King Charles has "solved several problems at once" with his decisive action regarding Frogmore Cottage, according to a royal expert. The 75 year old monarch is reportedly encouraging his scandal-plagued brother, Prince Andrew, to leave the 30-room Royal Lodge in Windsor and relocate to Frogmore Cottage, the former UK home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This follows Prince Andrew's controversial association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, allegations which Andrew has vehemently denied.Royal author and expert Tom Quinn believes this move by Charles also sends a clear signal to his estranged son, Prince Harry, that he will not be welcomed back to Frogmore Cottage, the Mirror reports.A year after the Duke of Sussex, who relocated to California in the United States with his wife Meghan Markle and son Prince Archie after stepping down from royal duties, was evicted from Frogmore Cottage, King Charles has delivered a stark message.Mr Quinn told the Mirror: "For King Charles, forcing Andrew to move to Frogmore solves several problems at once - it sends a message to Harry that, as a private citizen and no longer a working royal he will never be allowed back to Frogmore." Mr Quinn remarked: "It sends [a] message to Andrew that having disgraced himself, he can no longer expect to live in the grand style.

And, finally, it means that a suitably grand residence can be made ready for the royals who really matter William and Kate. "Charles is determined that Royal Lodge is the only residence on the royal estate at Windsor that is big enough and regal enough for his heir."Amidst this situation, Prince Andrew has been steadfastly declining the offer to move into Frogmore Cottage, despite previous suggestions.
